Through the milling process it is possible to remove material, which is then useful for obtaining various surfaces (flat, perforated, grooved, etc.). This process involves the use of a sharp object which, through a rotary motion in contact with the piece, with high precision and good finish, allows to obtain the finished product.
It is a complex process: Betelli operates through 3-axis CNC milling (or rather computerized numerical control), along which the motorized head of the cutter moves. Thanks to CNC milling, the company is therefore able to obtain design details from sheets of various thicknesses and of any material.
In this sense, CNC milling is useful for aluminum, plastic, rubber (both expanded and compact) and allows Betelli to present a production at the level of industrial gaskets, washers, spacers and technical items of excellent quality, at affordable prices.
