Using the die-cutting process, it is possible to shape the printed materials according to broken and curved lines, making complete cuts, half cuts and creases.
The Betelli company uses a total of 8 CNC die-cutting machines (computerized numerical control) of the latest generation, capable of obtaining finished gaskets with or without adhesive, including 3 systems of cutting in rolls (we have, for example, dies for felt, dies for cardboard, among many others).
For our production of industrial gaskets, washers and for the production of various technical items, the company uses this system by obtaining items such as, for example: flat gaskets in expanded and compact rubber, as well as different plastic materials, of various sizes on design of the customer.
