Bonding Adhesivization

The adhesive-bonding process consists of transforming an originally non-adhesive material into a single or double-sided adhesive product.

Adhesivisation is widely used for productions that refer to sectors such as the automotive sector, the naval sector, the aeronautical sector and several others, more or less similar.
The adhesive-bonding process therefore mainly involves both expanded and compact rubber materials (flat rubber gaskets, rubber o-rings and other technical rubber items).

Adhesivisation can be done either cold, using special acrylics, alternatively hot, using a hot melt adhesive system that starts with water-based glues and proceeds through the continuous spreading of these directly on the materials involved in the process.

At the Betelli company it is therefore possible to find a production referring to industrial gaskets or technical items that have been subjected to the adhesive process, cold or hot.
